The following were found in various miscellaneous records:
- Second Donagheady Presbyterian Church Marriages 1845 - 1926: Oct.22, 1868, John Taylor, full age, bachelor, of Linsforth, school master (father: Thomas Taylor, farmer) married Catharine Moore, full age, spinster. Witnesses: William Semple, William Woodburn
U.S. IMMIGRATION
The following are found in the records of immigration to New York:
- Robert Woodburn, 17, single, motor mechanic, arrived in New York on Oct.16, 1921, aboard the "Cameronia" from Londonderry. His father is Matthew Woodburn of 55 Beechwood Avenue, Londonderry, and he is headed for his aunt Martha Calvin, 50 North Michigan Avenue, Pasadena, California. He is accompanying his aunt (see below).
- Martha B. Calvin, 43, married, 50 N.Michigan Avenue, Pasadena, California, arrived in New York on Oct.16, 1921, aboard the "Cameronia" from Londonderry. She is a US Citizen through her husband's passport.
- Martha Woodburn, 46, single, arrived in New York on Nov.4, 1924, on board the "Samaria" from Liverpool. She is bound for her sister Anna Woodburn of Kirkland, Washington.
ULSTER COVENANT
The signers of the Ulster Covenant on Sep.28, 1912, include the following:
- Alexander Woodburn and Sarah Woodburn of Moyleteraghtoy signed in Garvagh 1st Presbyterian Church, County Londonderry.
